St Francis Xavier Church in Borim is a parish church on the banks of the Zuari River that developed from a humble chapel into a well-known parish in central Goa. It is locally called the Borim Church and is especially important because of its devotion to St Francis Xavier and the relics kept there.

The chapel was elevated to a separate parish by provision dated 26 December 1946. That made Borim an independent parish with its own pastoral identity.
A new church building was blessed on 3 November 2002, giving the parish a fresh and larger worship space while preserving its older devotional traditions.
